Andy Murray was in imperious structure as he whipped Tomas Berdych 6-1 6-3 to achieve the Shanghai Masters semi-finals.
The British world number two softened Berdych up the third amusement and spared two break focuses in the following before dashing through the first set in 38 minutes.
Murray made it nine progressive recreations to get to 3-0 in the second set before securing a semi-last against Novak Djokovic at 13:00 BST on Saturday.
"I felt I managed the entire match," the 28-year-old Scot told Sky Sports.
"Against somebody serving as large as him, it's not generally simple to do. I didn't have an excessive amount of guarding to do. I served well and got a decent read on his serve."

World number one Djokovic moved into the last four with a 7-6 (8-6) 6-1 win over Australian Bernard Tomic.
The Serb was pushed the distance in an exciting opening set, edging the tie-break, before Tomic abdicated in the second.
Djokovic won his last match against Murray in Shanghai, in the 2012 last.
"It'll be a to a great degree intense match," the Briton said of Saturday's experience.
