PSL will be a game-changer for Pakistan players: Mahmood

Veteran Pakistan all-rounder Azhar Mahmood has affirmed his enthusiasm for being a piece of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), terming the competition an energizing prospect with any semblance of Chris Gayle and Kevin Pietersen in it. 

Azhar, in a segment for Pakpassion.net, uncovered that he has sent his name for the draft and wants to be grabbed by any of the establishments.

Azhar has been playing province cricket in England since he last highlighted for Pakistan in the 2007 World Cup in West Indies.

"I am truly anticipating taking part in the PSL. I have sent my name for the draft and will ideally be picked to play for one of the groups," said the 40-year-old allrounder.

The PSL commences from February 4, one year from now and will proceed for 20 days.

Players like Gayle and Pietersen have effectively affirmed their cooperation in the PSL and Azhar has communicated his fervor about the alliance's prospects.
