Marlon Samuels banned from bowling for 12 months

West Indian all-rounder Marlon Samuels has been banned from bowling by the global Cricket Council (ICC) for 365 days after an unbiased assessment record Sunday showed that his elbow extension handed 15 levels while bowling.

The bowling motion of the 34-year-old turned into puzzled by the in shape officers all through West Indies’ first check defeat against Sri Lanka in Galle in October this year. Following the report, Samuels underwent the independent assessment of his bowling movement in Brisbane in advance this month.
