BCCI media manager cleared of conflict charge

The BCCI ombudsman Justice AP Shah has released affirmations of irreconcilable situation against the board's media supervisor Nishant Arora. Shah said the charges against Arora, leveled by independent columnist Neeraj Gunde, "can't be an issue of consideration."Gunde had kept in touch with Shah a month ago affirming that Arora and his wife were included in a business wander called Final Score that has on its customers list senior Indian cricketers Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh, and also the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Assocation, where BCCI secretary Anuraj Thakur is the president. Shah, nonetheless, said that Gunde's application had been "discarded". 

An email sent to PTI from the Ombudsman's office expressed that "Mr Arora's wife does not hold any directorial post at Final Score." 

"It gives the idea that all shares claimed by Mr Arora, his wife and his mom, in Final Score, were exchanged on December 2015, preceding this application was made by the Ombudsman. 

"The candidate Mr Gunde was offered a chance to react to Mr Arora's answer however no further reaction was gotten. It is obvious that Mr Arora's cases are not negated. The application no more stands, and is, accordingly discarded."
