Government approves Pakistan’s visit to India

Months of speculation over Pakistan's investment in the 2016 World Twenty20 finished on Thursday after the administration endorsed the group's visit to India for the competition.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) executive Shaharyar Khan said he was "satisfied" that the administration had given its assent for the group's support yet called upon the International Cricket Council (ICC) to put in "extraordinary" security plans for the Pakistan group.

"I am satisfied that our Government has given its assent for our group to visit India. As an obligation of consideration, we have requested that ICC put set up extraordinary plans for the Pakistan cricket group while in India," Khan said in an official statement.

Not long ago, Khan had uncovered that the PCB had given a proposition to the ICC to stage Pakistan's World T20 matches at an impartial venue if the legislature did not permit the group to visit India.

By, Pakistan's interest in the competition, facilitated by India, from March 8 to April 3, was liable to government leeway as there were particular dangers against Shahid Afridi's group.

"We have told the ICC (International Cricket Council) now and before also, the choice (to visit India) is with the administration and it will consider if there is a particular Pakistan situated security danger," Khan had said.

In any case, questions over Pakistan's visit were at long last put to rest and it appears Afridi's men can at long last concentrate on the current workload.

Pakistan tackle a qualifier on March 16 preceding going head to head against India at Dharamsala on March 19 in the World T20's most foreseen conflict.

Many Pakistani fans are required to go for the installation and the PCB executive has asked for the ICC to oblige them

"We will likewise be expecting visa assistance and different game plans for the Pakistani fans wishing to visit India for the ICC World T20 2016."
