"It regarded overcome that [injury], and I'm certain it will show signs of improvement come the following couple of weeks," Taylor was accounted for as saying by NZN. "The physios let me know that it's great to extend it and after some time it will extricate off. I'm certain when we play our first diversion, it will be 100%."

Taylor, who last played a worldwide match over a month back, stroked an unbeaten 16-ball 26 for North Island, offering the group to a six-wicket some assistance with winning against South Island in Wellington.

New Zealand are in a brief moment round pool for the World T20 close by Australia, Pakistan, India and the champ of the qualifying pool played among Bangladesh, Ireland, Netherlands and Oman.
