Lewis replaces Simmons in Windies’ squad

KINGSTON, Jamaica: West Indies have picked uncapped opening batsman Evin Lewis to swap Lendl Simmons for the World T20 in India. Simmons was precluded of the competition a week ago because of a back damage. 

Lewis, 24, has been in great frame as of late, in residential matches for Trinidad and Tobago. He scored 221 keeps running in six matches for T&T in the Nagico Super 50 competition, including one century and a fifty.
