The Indian board is relied upon to get an answer from the legislature in mid-November.

The hold up is because of the races which are being held in the area of Bihar which are booked on November 5.

In the late setting, PCB director Shahryar Khan was welcomed by BCCI President Shashank Manohar to visit India to talk about the arrangement and intention two-sided cricket issues.

After a vicious challenge by the Hindu conservative gathering Shiv Sena, the discussions were wiped out and a sad Shahryar came back to Pakistan.
