Australia to host Pakistan in 2016 Boxing Day Test

Cricket Australia (CA) CEO James Sutherland declared that Australia will play Pakistan, not South Africa, on the Boxing Day Test in 2016. 

The CA boss trusts that Pakistan will give solid test to the hosts, as they were through and through victors the last time both groups confronted one another in 2014 in UAE. 

"Positively the last time we played them [in the UAE], they were exceptionally focused," said Sutherland. 

"I think Pakistan are up to fourth in the [Test] rankings and focuses insightful not very away a long way from knocking off Australia." 

Proteas will now visit Australia in November, however the 50-year-old previous Australian five star cricketer trusts that both cricketing titans will confront one another in a Boxing Day Test, when South Africa go Down Under whenever. 

"We're exceptionally hopeful we can discover a path for them [South Africa] to return and play Boxing Day [and] New Year's Test coordinates whenever they visit."
