Blackwell wakes from coma after Eubank Jr fight

Nick Blackwell has woken from his prompted trance state, taking after his battle with Chris Eubank Jr a week ago. 

The 25-year-old was taken to doctor's facility after the British middleweight title challenge was ceased in cycle 10. 

Blackwell woke from the impelled extreme lethargies on Saturday, and by Sunday was conversing with family and companions at his bedside, said promoter Hennessey Sports. 

Blackwell had endured a seep on the skull and not the cerebrum as at first reported, the announcement included. 

Hennessey Sports said the boxer had won his "hardest battle yet".
